Take notes.

When you read something that resonates, pause.
Ask Yourself:
Why did that stand out to me?
Where does this show up in my life?
Am I already living this… or avoiding it?
This is where study shifts from passive to powerful. When you begin studying for yourself, three things happen:
You start to lead yourself more consciously.
You make decisions that actually reflect who you are becoming.
And your economy begins to organize around that clarity.
From there, leading others becomes a natural extension—not something you force.
Because people don’t follow information, they follow alignment.
A simple place to start today:
The next time you read, listen, or learn something…
Don’t highlight everything.
Instead, choose one idea that stands out.
Then write:
What does this mean to me?
Where am I (or am I not) applying this?
What is one small way I can act on this today?
That’s how you turn study into movement.
